Because our work involves your credit file, we handle more sensitive information than a typical website — and we treat it accordingly.

• Credit information — your credit reports, credit monitoring access you authorize, and bureau or creditor correspondence you forward to us.

We keep your file for the duration of your program and afterward for as long as required by the record-keeping rules that apply to credit repair organizations and by tax law — typically several years. When retention is no longer required, identity documents and credit reports are securely deleted.

• Access & correction — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Deletion — you may request deletion of your information, subject to the retention obligations in section no.6.
• Marketing — you can opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link; service emails about your active program will still be sent.
• State privacy rights — depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

This site uses essential cookies to keep it working and may use basic analytics to understand which pages are visited. Analytics data is aggregated and is not tied to your credit file. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features may stop working if you block all cookies.

Our services are for adults. This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
